Sure, it’ll probably be hot a while longer but we’ll take any excuse we can to sip and slurp! As schools return and the nights start to cool off we figured we’d bid farewell to the dog days of summer with oysters on the half shell and some big ass bottles of Domaine Moreau-Naudet Chablis!

Although Stéphane Moreau passed in 2016, his wife Virginie and assistant winemaker continue to honor Stéphane's winemaking style and technique. Stéphane, who was influenced by Vincent Dauvissat, produced a bright, mineral driven, highly distinctive style of white Burgundies. A legend in his own right. The wines are made without intervention, using indigenous yeast, and are biodynamic and organic. Moreau-Naudet wines have tension, ripeness, vibrancy, and salinity - a perfect pairing oysters!

Chef will have some bangin’ house mignonette along with a fun “loaded” oyster option & ALL the wine and sake pairings! No tix required, grab your resos and come hang!
