Biodynamic farmers follow the lunar cycle to harvest, make, and bottle their wine. The wines are alive in bottle and continue their cycles with the moon. In mid-September each year, we greet the fall season with the arrival of the autumnal equinox and mark the turning point when darkness begins to win out over daylight. (spooky)
